Stonegate Preserve Community Development District
The Stonegate Preserve Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended, and established on May 5, 2022 by the Board of County Commissioners of Manatee County, Florida Ordinance No. 22-37 as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.
The Stonegate Preserve CDD is located entirely within Manatee County, Florida and consists of approximately 417.765 acres of land. The site is located south of Buckeye Road, north and west of I-75 and east of the Artisan Lakes development.

Additional Special Powers are listed in Sections 190.012(2)(a), Florida Statutes as amended. Specifically, the District shall have the power to plan, stablish, acquire, construct, or reconstruct, enlarge or extend, equip, operate and maintain additional systems and facilities for parks and facilities for indoor and outdoor recreational, cultural and educational uses.
